Editing
Includes a questionnaire, a reader’s report, comments from an ideal reader, language grammar edit and proofreading. We also offer editing of essays, dissertations and various types of reports. The levels of editing manuscripts for books is as;
- The first level of editing is comprised of two things. Firstly, we have a questionnaire that helps the author with the repackaging of the content so that it appeals to the target market. This step ensures that the author knows exactly what he wrote, why he wrote it and who he wrote for. The second part of this level is a conversation between the author and the publisher. It is similar to the questionnaire. This editing is only applicable to someone who wants full publishing services with us.
- The second layer of editing is the reader’s report. Here, the content, style and structure of the author are edited. This is done by someone who will read in the boots of an ideal target of the book. The editor will offer feedback based on his/her own opinion and understanding.
- The last layer of editing is professional editing. In this section, the grammar is thoroughly edited, as well as sentence structures, to ensure compliance with laws of grammar for that particular language.
- Proofreading: This step eliminates all the errors that may have been missed in the editing phase.
